Central Illinois Solar Pipeline Training Program
The Solar Pipeline Training Program begins with an upfront four week soft skills/job readiness component in order to better prepare students for the workforce. This is followed by five weeks (37.5 hours per week) of technical training that incorporates a combination of classroom, hands-on lab activities as well as field trips and speakers from the solar industry. The technical training incorporates the ten NABCEP knowledge content domains and learning objectives. Students will take the NABCEP PV Associate exam after completing the five weeks of training.
