JIREH Workforce Foundation Training Program

Our program is designed to provide comprehensive solar installation training to young adults aged 18 and over. This free 12-week, 450-hour program offers both technical and soft skills education, culminating in certifications such as OSHA 10 & 30, NCCER Construction, and NABCEP Solar Installation. The program aims to empower underemployed and unemployed individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills for careers in the clean energy sector. JIREH also provides additional support services like mentoring and barrier reduction support to ensure participant success.
