Alternative Power Sources

This course will prepare the student to sit for the NABCEP Associatel Exam for solar installers. The student will develop an understanding of PV Markets and Applications, Safety and Electricity Basics, Solar Energy Fundamentals, PV Module Fundamentals, Batteries, Charge Controllers, Inverters, PV System Wiring and the NEC, Sizing PV Systems, Installing PV Systems, and Maintaining and troubleshooting a PV System.
